engagement ring review on Round Diamond Solitaire Engagement White
I have spent a tremendous time looking for an engagement ring including visiting Zales, Kay's and some other local Las Vegas stores and decided to compare what I saw in the store to online websites. I have looked at several hundreds of rings online at several different websites over a two week period (yes, my head hurts), and this ring caught my eye. I knew nothing about engagement ring s and did some research about diamonds first (which I recommend to anyone)...there are websites to that explain the four C's...Cut, Color, Clarity and Carat weight. Educate yourself on this BEFORE buying your ring (just Google "four C's of diamond). The ring came BEFORE it was promised, so I was very happy about that. When I opened the box, I knew I had made the right decision...it is beautiful and I will be proud to propose with this ring. It has a matching band that was recommended by Natural Diamond, which I also ordered. Here's the link to the matching wedding band: [...]
I highly recommend both rings...you will not be disappointed.
I have a 1ct. diamond engagement ring that I have no use for. Would it be possible and cost efficient to purchase another matching loose diamond solitaire and have them both set into round stud earrings? Is this something a jeweler would be willing to do? If so, how much should I expect to spend for white gold, screwback settings and the labor? Thanks for your help and suggestions! :)
ReplyDeleteThis genuine 3/4 Carat Round Diamond Solitaire Ring in 14K White Gold is classic and elegant, a stunning piece of jewelry with timeless appeal. Give this gorgeous gem as an engagement ring or special gift; the multi-faceted diamond is showcased in a 6-prong setting and boasts I-J color and I2 to I3 clarity. Certified by the IGI, it’s a beautiful complement to the 14K white gold band. Made in USA.
ReplyDeleteI got a beautiful round cut solitaire diamond engagement ring from my fiance (white gold). I asked the jeweler's where we got it, if they could order the matching wedding band. We received the wedding band, and while it is obviously the same "make" as the engagement ring (the ring narrows under the finger, same edges, etc.) the wedding band is thicker than the engagement ring, and it looks a little weird to be. Is it normal for one ring to be thicker than the other? Do I just need to get used to it?
ReplyDeleteAlso, which finger does the engagement ring go on?
ReplyDeleteMy finace is trying to get some ideas on the best type of wedding band to pair with her engagement ring. The engagement ring is an 18kt white gold, cathedral setting with a solitaire, round brilliant diamond, 1.75tw. I would appreciate any thoughts on the type of wedding band that would work well with the engagement ring. She is pretty traditional when it comes to jewelry. Right now, we both think something with a little "sparkle" may work best with the solitaire diamond. Any thoughts or recommended resources would be greatly appreciated. We're trying to get some ideas together prior to going to the jeweler. Thanks to all who respond!!
ReplyDeleteMy girlfriend loved the Whitehall White star ring but now that store has goen bankrupt and they are no longer available. Are there any other rings that resemble that one? It had a small diamond mounted in the band under the solitaire so when you look at the side you can see it. Thanks for all the help.
ReplyDeleteI recently got engaged and was thinking of updating the setting for my ring. Currently it is an interlocked gold band housing a round solitaire (?) diamond but I'm thinking of changing to something simpler, preferably silver but I've noticed that white gold is all the hotness lately. I am clueless about matters involving jewelry. Can anyone help with some general pricing information?
ReplyDeleteIt's a round white diamond on a silver ring kind of antique like.
ReplyDeleteI've been noticing quite a bit of diamond clusters or pave settings and halos. White gold is extremely popular too. Vintage styles are pretty prevelant as well. What do you guys notice in your area? Mine is a diamond cluster and is vintag-esque.
